All of our products are under warranty for a period of 1 year against all manufacturing defects or abnormal wear under normal use conditions. All that is needed is a proof of purchase and where the item was purchased.
We will repair the defective item as quickly as possible free of charge. If the item cannot be repaired, we will replace it with a similar product.
There are two (2) ways to avail yourself of your warranty:
- If you live near our workshop, you leave us the defective item and we repair it as quickly as possible.
- If you live too far to come to our workshop, mail us the item by the least expensive method (regular parcel).
After it has been repaired, we will return the product as well as your shipping costs (please include the invoice or we will go with the marked post office cost).
With the returned items, please include:
- Your complete coordinates.
- The nature of the problem with the item.
In the case of slippers or mittens, remember to always return the pair (the left and right slipper and mitten). We are not responsible for a poor upkeep of the item or damages caused by using it in a way that it was not meant to be used.
